        Warranty Claim, amazing service

        I have had several pairs of OTIS sunglasses and with my recent pair I had an issue with the arm, an easy process thru the online warranty firm and awesome customer service I was provided a voucher code to purchase a new pair online. I received my new sunglasses within 4 days. Amazing customer service, thanks for suppling a superior product.

        I’ve had Otis sunnies for over 10 years but these are the clearest lends I’ve ever had, excellent for fishing, working outside, driving and general use

        Quality isn’t cheap but they are definitely worth every cent
