We want you to love your new sunnies, but if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you must contact OTIS within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team via email: otis@focushubsolutions.com
Products may be returned if the items are unworn and in the same condition as they were received. They must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Please include all contact details, purchase documents and email communication.
